Brushes gone and no connection to Kyle Webster Brushes

While using Photoshop, suddenly all my brushes vanished. I hadn't clicked anything as I was in a browser tab at the time before returning to my Photoshop tab. I had a selection of Kyle Webster Brushes through the "get more brushes" Adobe link, along with some brushes I had purchased from various artists.

When I went to "get more brushes" which linked me to the Kyle Webster brushes, none of them will download and no error messages come up. I then tried running any updates I had to my Photoshop CC so it is all up to date and still my brushes are gone and I cannot "get more". I'm also using a Mac.

Very frustrating as my beautiful brushes that I had paid money for are all gone and I cannot even replace them with the Kyle Webster selection. I also tried contacting support but no luck so far.

Any insight would be much appreciated!
