Brushes keep resetting themselves and program is unable to save

Two HUGE problems came with the new update 22.1:

1. The brushes I made keep resetting themselves all the time COMPLETELY. From size to every other option I changed. I can even sit back and watch it happen in a matter of minutes. I have no, absolutely no idea what is happening here.

2. Randomly, and without any clear reason why, photoshop says "you can't save this image due to a program error".

FIX this, Adobe. NOW. I am absolutely done with this. I am paying a lot of money for this program and these random bugs and issues keep coming every update. If the program randomly says it can't save, it is absolutely unsuable.
