Brushes Missing om 2022 Photoshop Version

I'm looking for effects brush #1100, (moving cloud brush) but it doesn't appear to be in this current version of Photoshop. Any way to get these brushes back? WHY DID THEY REMOVE THEM!!!!

Hi, did you try Legacy brushes in the brush panel's local menu? Windows>Brushes, then click on the hamburger menu on the top right.

If it was a brush you downloaded, you might need to load it, from the same local menu (Import Brushes)

Also, try Effects>Presets>Migrate Presets if it is the same machine. (or export/Import if you still have the old version installed.
