Brushes won't download from Adobe Site

Hey there, I'm trying to download brushes from Kyle's page (https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/brushes.html#). When I click the download button, there quickly seems to be a new tab opening but it immediately closes and the brush doesn't download. I'm using Chrome and i've adjusted my site settings to allow popups, and disabled all my ad blockers too. Could it be that my account is through my school's email? Any help would be appreciated!
