Typing in CAPS won't work in some letters like, I(i),

Extra +Shift press is required in even in CAPS.

I've think it's my bad. I've think I was not in CAPS, was using "UPPERCASE Font" .. w/ non US keyboard layout (Turkish / QWERTY).

If it happens later, I'll shoot a video about it : )

What font are you using?

And to clarify, you are saying the with Caps Lock on, you still need to hold Shift to get uppercase letters?

Can you put your cursor in a line of text that is doing that, and then show us your Window > Character panel? Use the button below to add a screen shot to your reply:
