Depuis la dernière mise à jour, je ne peux plus enregistrer en jpeg sous Photoshop

If your documents contains functions not supported by a file format (e.g. 16 bits or layers) then that file format is moved to the Save a Copy menu. This was done, partly to make the function work properly on Mac after Apple changed the OS, but it also prevents users from inadvertently losing such information. So for your file, use Save a Copy to use jpeg.
