Bug PS Fenetre MATIERES vide

bonjour

sur la version PS 25.3.1 la fenetre MATIERES est vide (sur windows 10)

impossible de restaurer les élements par défauts, ni d'ajouter un élément

la seule chose qui fonctionne c'est le lien vers Substance 3D

    Thank you for your feedback

    I had Adobe support this morning and according to them it's an issue of the last PS version 25.3.1

    Following their advice, I installed back the previous version 25.2.0 and the materials window works fine

    Hey, @MC277962236u6o. Welcome to the Photoshop community. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here. 

     

    Are you launching Photoshop via the Creative Cloud desktop app? Is this a personal machine or a machine your work/school manages?

    For now, I'll move this post to discussions.

     

    Try this:

    1 - In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T (Win) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.
    2 - Open Creative Cloud again & launch Photoshop via the Creative Cloud app, and check if the issue exists.
