Bug when filling an object

Question

Hi, it seems like when filling an object (Ps desktop, 26.3 version) and that object is the layer itself, it fills the whole canvas not just the object. I even tried it with transparent background, doest the same. I did not have this issue at all when using the previous version. Hope someone can help. Thanks a lot.

Hey, @Piros Nagy. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Thanks for adding the screenshot. I'll need more information to help you figure this out. Please share a video of the issue and the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

Does it behave as mentioned after a specific set of steps? What troubleshooting steps have you tried already?

Also, please test and confirm if the issue exists with Photoshop (Beta). You can get Photoshop (beta) from the Creative Cloud > Apps tab > Beta Apps section.
