BugReport : Text Window Freezes Photoshop

Hi. i just discovered a bug , and recreated it twice.

inside a smart object. i chose my text, which has several layer effects applied to it, and highlighted it.

than i selected its color and added to swatches. as soon as i hit " add to swatches" the " eye dropper " icon freezes  and thats it . cant do anything accept force quit.

just thought you'd know.
