Bugs in versions 24 and 25.0

In the last few days my photoshop has been having a lot of bugs.

When I use the move a layer tool it goes back to where it was, sometimes it doesn't open the psd and it doesn't save it either (not even in the cloud).
I always have to restart it for it to work

I'm using Windows 11, 16GB of Ram, nvidia ge force gtx 1050 Ti graphics card.
In Photoshop versions 24.0 and 25.0.

Does anyone know of a tutorial to solve this?
