Burst shots from MP4

I was shooting on a Panasonic s1 using a burst mode. What I thought I would get is 3 quick frames in consecutive order. Instead, I got an mp4 with 3 or 4 frames each, much like a gif.
The frames are relatively clean but .....

What is the best way to convert the mp4 back to 3 separate frames? (Batch style if possible)

Correct answer Mylenium

Simply adding the video to the animation timeline and then having it converted to frames should do the trick. If you export it to an image sequence in a supported format like TIFF or PSD you may even be able to open it in Lightroom/ Camera Raw and further enhance the images e.g. with super resolution or the automated artifact removal functions.

so i would be exporting with Premiere or using the PS video features?

I was hoping it would have enough data in the MP4 to export them in the wide color space format. I know this is HIGHLY unlikely but thats what i shoot all photos in because i want the most editing latitude i can get.

My camera(PannyS1) is set to full raw, but i am not sure how the MP4 is capturing that data.
