Camera Metadata in file info missing after editing and saving

Question

This happens after using third party filters such as (Nic Collection)
When saving the file before using the filter all is there. Save as - or export as all ok.
The copyright data is all there as programmed in camera, but camera info is gone.

Anyone have an idea to solve this?

Hi there,

We're sorry about the trouble. Would you mind telling us that which version of Photoshop you're on? Since when have you noticed this? Is this happening with any specific file format which you're saving?

Try reinstalling the plugin and check if that helps.
