Camera Raw 13.2 keeps freezing.

Hello, I have an iMac 27" 2017, and I have Photoshop v.22.3 and Camera Raw 13.2. Everytime I try to use Camera Raw it freezes on the "Progress Popup" and I cannot even push cancel. I have to force quit Photoshop everytime. I just uninstall Photoshop and reinstalled it, and still the same thing happens. What can I do?
