Camera Raw Filter Crash

Interacting with Camera Raw Filter crashes my Mac Pro and hard shutdown (i.e. power button) is required. I have a feeling the problem started after the latest OS update, 10.14.6 (Mojave).

The "fix" is to disable Camera Raw graphics acceleration but it's not ideal.

Phosothop is 22.1.0. Camera Raw is 13.10.658. Graphics is AMD FirePro D300 2GB.  Mac Pro 3.7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5, 16 GB.

Anyone experiencing this...?
