The Camera Raw Filter of Photoshop gives the warning "Camera Raw Filter command could not be completed due to a program error." The problem was not solved even though I repaired the application. Plus, the Retouch tool is not working properly.

Hi

In Photoshop and go to Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw and turn off this option, restart Photoshop

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Plus, the Retouch tool is not working properly.

What do you mean exactly?

Please post screenshots including all pertinent Panels and the Options Bar to illustrate.
