Camera RAW freezes at the moment of use.

"Every time I try to use Camera RAW with Photoshop, it simply freezes. I've tried several alternatives, like updating, installing and uninstalling, but the issue persists. It gets stuck on a loading screen (attached screenshot). Do you know how to resolve this?"
