Camera Raw Opens Images As Yellow Image

Hi

I just purchased an Acer Laptop as my Macbook died on me.

When I open an image in Camera Raw it only shows a yellow image with a blue background, rendering it useless. Once in Photoshop all is well.

I am using the trial version of 2017 as my current licence is for my Macbook and I need to transfer it over.

My machine is using Windows 10 (hate it) with 8GB of RAM but as I said everything else works perfectly.

Any suggestions or assistance gratefully received.
