Camera Raw profiles not

Why are there two color profiles in Camera Raw?  One at the bottom, which is sRGB, that matches the camera profile for Nikon .NEF, but another one on the right that is exclusively Adobe profiles, that do not match the image colors using sRGB in other programs such as Photo Mechanic? I need the color in a raw editing program, such as Camera Raw, to match the color I see in Photo Mechanic or any other browser that is set to sRGB, exactly.  The Camera Raw image preview is les saturated and the colors do not match what I see in Photo Mechanic or I presume any other programs that are set to sRGB.

The profile at the bottom of the screen is the ICC profile in which the converted RGB image will be output and that output image tagged. So the output will be in a standard selected colour spaace such as sRGB or AdobeRGB or ProPhoto depending on what you select in Camera Raw Preferences. That profile will be used in any colour managed viewer so that the output file is displayed the same across those color managed viewers (note the emphasis - not all viewers are colour managed).

The other profiles, at the top right, are not ICC profiles. They are raw conversion profiles and can be selected as starting points for adjusting the image controls in your raw conversion.  There are Adobe versions and also so called "camera matching" versions which are designed to start somewhere  close to the "in camera" conversions you would get if you did the conversion in camera. Camera raw though is not supposed to match any other convertor at it's standard settings. The whole idea is that you move the controls and get the best conversion you can, in the style you want, for your particular image.

The Profile dropdown at the top allows you to match the Color Style (different name depending on the manufacturer) that you have set in-camera. I suggest going to Camera Matching and choosing the option that you have set in-camera. Some examples include Neutral, Standard, Portrait, Vivid...

thats not what I want, some Adobe approximation of what they think a color profile should look like that is similiar to sRGB.  I want sRGB, why is thee no option to choose sRGB on the right side as well?
