Question

Camera Raw to photoshop

This may seem a really dumb question but it's something that is driving me mad!!

I have edited one landscape image in Camera Raw and duplicated it for three different exposures, one for the middle ground, one for the sky and one for the foreground and have opened them in Photoshop. And that's as far as I can get.

I have watched the top guys on You Tube make this look extremely easy.....how do I open the 3 images along the top bar into layers to blend the images together.

Or should I be trying another way to get the best from these images?

I think the easiest way would be to do it would be with independent RAW smart Object layers.  Open your RAW file into Photoshop as a smart  Object layer.  Then use either menu Layer>Smart Object Layer>New Smart Object Layer via Copy,or use menu File>Place Embedded the create the a second independent smart object layer as change the ACR conversion.  Repeat till you have the versions you need as layers,  You can blend these smart Object layers add layer masking like luminosity  to these layers and add smart filters that have a filter mask to the layer and clip adjustments to them.   I'm luckier then most  I slightly colorblind my colored world is perfect in any color space. Less work for me....
