please see my previous thread https://forums.adobe.com/message/9726764#9726764

After updating CameraRAW photoshop is not able to use GPU, because it crashes.

More than month later there is new version of CameraRAW and new version of Radeon driver, but crash still happens.

I needed to downgrade CameraRAW again just to run PS with GPU acceleration.

Is it valid place to report crash or is there better way to contact Adobe?

Report bugs here Photoshop Family Customer Community Only current version of Adobe software has any support, Adobe stops all support of old version of the software as when thy release a newer version..  Old versions become as is even when tne new version has bugs a brakes your workflow.   New version will even remove you working old version if to do not use the advance install option to keep old version installed.  If you old working version is removed you can install previous version of Adobe applications,  However I do not think that is possible for old versions of Plug-in like ACR.  I see ACR listed as installed but not listed in previous versions only Applications are.  You may be able to find old versions of ACR on Adobe web site.

The current version of ACR  is version 9.12.1 try installing that version and the latest device driver for your Radeon R7 370 if ACR crashes change your ACR preference and uncheck use GPU
