Your Intel 620 will be very slow running photoshop. Recommended minimum speeds are at least 2,000 ops/sec. and this clocks in at 645.

I don't think it would a particularly enjoyable experience.  Just frustration and waiting for things to happen.

@Rsayan007  it's preferred to have a dedicated GPU for Photoshop, Photoshop can run on that system but there's no guarantees it will run smoothly and you may have issues with the Intel GPU, you'd be better off with 32 GB of RAM, a 4 to 8 GB recent GPU, a fast SSD for the scratch disk with a minimum of 100 GB of free space
