Can anyone help me contact Adobe?

Hi,

I have an old copy of Photoshop CS3 which I've had for many years. I've just changed from Windows 7 to Windows 10 but an unable to deregister the product on my old computer as Adobe online blocks contact from windows 7 machines. I've tried to contact adobe via their live chat but it hasn't responded to me for over 18 hours so I'm guessing it's down. When I try to contact them by other means it say I don't own and Adobe product so cannot contact them. I've installed the programme on my current windows 10 laptop but it is only letting me use it as a trial and I have to register the number within 3 days or it will cease to work. Any advice on how to contact them as a so-called 'non-customer' would be much appreciated as I tend to use the software every day.

When one decides to stick with obsolete software (and there may be good reasons to do so) one should make sure one is able to roll back any and all software and hardware updates in case they break the set-up.
