Can anyone tell me how I can run Photoshop 5.0LE and/or Photoshop 7.0 on Windows 10?

The Photoshop 5.0 installer is 16 bit so will not run on Windows (although the application itself will)
See this thread where R Kelly got it running by copying the program folder from an older computer.
Also this thread on version 7.0 - in which some had success

The other issue - if you can get round the installer - is the disk drives. Photoshop 5.0 or 7.0 will not see disks greater than 1TB so you will need a smaller disk for scratch
