Can I change a brushes opacity?

this brush (not made by me) has a bit of transparency, is there any way to make it so its 100% full?

With black as the foreground colour, click once on an empty layer.

Copy the layer (Ctrl J) and set its blend mode to Multiply.

Select the Eye Dropper tool and hover over the brush stroke

Keep copying the layers until you see the value reach 0,0,0 which is full black.

Select all the layers you copied and merge them (Ctrl E)

Go Edit > Define new Brush preset.

Job done.
