can i convert lrdata file to jpeg after deleting all its source

Hi guys, please help me. I accidentally deleted the original files in my harddisk. So here please help me, if I still can convert my lrdata file to jpeg after deleting all its source ?

You can use this plugin to extract the previews from the the  Previews.lrdata file.
