Can I fully use a touch screen monitor (no Ipad!) with Photoshop?

Hi,

I'm a photographer and thinking of buying a 4K touch screen monitor. I read a lot different answers to my question: Can you fully use touch screen with a stylus or fingers in Photoshop 2024? I mean, not only the basics like panning, zooming and selecting but also the actual brushing and editing in the (raw) photos? On the monitor itself so no trackpad or such.

This will determine whether I buy a touch screen or not. So , please advise. Thanks very much 🙏
