Can I import 3D materials into PS 2024?

I'm looking to import 3D materials from Adobe stock to PS. I know they are discontinuing 3D for PS, but I don't want to use any of the features other than importing the materials. I'm being prompted to subscribe to the Substance suite which I'm not sure I need. TLDR: can I import 3D materials into PS without purchasing Substance? And ... if I do get Substance, will I be able to import the materials into PS? I'm on Mac Ventura 13.4.1 (c)

You should be able to download materials from the Substance Community Assets without a Substance 3D subscription, but you would need a subscription if you wanted to download materials from the Substance 3D Assets page. Materials will need to be in the .sbsar format. Here's more information about Substance 3D materials for Photoshop:
