can i magnify with clone stamp?

I'm trying to clone stamp some background balloons from one picture and move them into another, but when I do the size does not fit as I would like.  Basically in the second picture they appear too small.  Is there a way to use clone stamp but have the size of the reproduced images be different from their original size?

    Go to the Clone source panel and adjust the size settings - shown below at 200% to double the size

    I should have added you can adjust the scale on the fly with Alt + Shift + [ or ]        Opt + Shift + [ or ] on Mac
