Hello, Can I legally sell Photoshop V 7.0?  If so what is it worth?   Thank you!

Old software has about as much value as an old newspaper.  Keep it or toss it in the recycle bin.

For the most part activation applies to photoshop cs and later (windows) and photoshop cs2 and later (mac)

 

 

You would need to transfer the license to the buyer.

Sorry for being blunt, but the software is worth precisely nothing. It's ancient history. The package may have some collectors value.

    I've had mixed reviews on this question.

    I'm told that PS7 will run quite well on older PC's but cannot be registered but be very useful.

    There are many for sale on eBay!

    eBay is rife with counterfeit and pirated copies, too.  So not exactly a reliable source for software.
