Can I stop Creative Cloud updates?

I have a PC running Windows 10 that is 5 years old. I have been using the "Photography Plan" for years. I am already having a few problems with updated versions of the software (e.g. I have had to turn off my graphics processor for Photoshop to run and reinstall the GeForce software every time I use Premier Rush). Adobe now gives me a message that I will soon be unable to run Photoshop with my current graphics processor. Thus, Adobe has effectively said "buy a new computer or we will drop you as a customer." Is there anyway to turn off creative cloud software updates so that I can keep using what I currently have indefinitely?
