Can I use Warp in an Action?

Re Error - The command "Transform" is not currently available."

I am only moderately familiar with Photoshop. In Photoshop 2023 (for Mac) I want to batch process a sequence of warped images.

I create an Action and create and apply the warp (Edit,Transform,Warp) but when I try to apply in a Batch run I get the above error. I get the same error if I go to Image Processor and try to insert the Action there.

Googling the problem does not seem to give any answer applicalbe to PS 2023.

Can anyone help?

I am not aware of any issues/limiations. A quick test showed no errors or issues.

What role does the selection play in your action?

Can you post a screenshot of the action steps fully expanded and the panel wide enough for all content to be visible?
