Hey everyone!

I have a company plan from my company. But can someone from the organization/company see my AI prompts in Photoshop/Firefly?

Thank you!

Are you worried they see you have been using AI, or are they OK with that and you just don't want to reveal what specific prompts?

Of course, they will see that im using AI by checking even the credits probably. I was asking just because, as you said, don't want to reveal some specific prompts

In addition to what droopy wrote:

  1. In Photoshop the prompt for "Generative Fill" or "Generate Image" is saved in the generative object, unless you rasterize the layer.
  2. In Photoshop Beta's Generative Workspace there is a prompt/image history, unless you delete the created history steps there.

Interesting question, at least academically.

The FAQ does not go that deep, though:

Even this document does not seem clear on this point to me.

Hello @emre_7995,

On the Firefly side, they are not even saved for you to see them unless you take specific action to save them. However, if you are using a company issued computer, there are other ways an IT department can track your activity (outside of the Adobe ecosystem). It is best to assume what you are doing is or could be tracked.

My best,

But aren’t keystroke trackers illegal (in a lot of countries at least)?

The laws will differ from country to country, whether there is informed consent or not, etc. Keystroke monitoring is not the only type of monitoring that could capture this data.  It is hard to give a general answer without knowing the specifics of where, etc. The safest answer is, presume what you are doing is or can be monitored.
