Can no longer open video files in Photoshop after updating Mac to Big Sur

I recently updated my Mac to Big Sur and now I can no longer open video files in photoshop. It comes up with the error message "Could no place "file name" because the video file could not be opened".

On my Mac Studio with PS 24.2.0 still error on trying to open video. Also on PS 2022 with Rosetta. What am I doing wrong?

Please try running Photoshop under Rosetta.
