can no longer sign in to my photoshop

Hi there, Hope someone can help.I opened my photoshop this evening and it asked me to sign in via Google, Facebook etc. It doesn't usually ask this as I pay a monthly plan. So, I signed in with a google account I rarely use and now its invited me to join a 7 day free trial...but I already pay monthly installments. I din't want to start the trial as I thought it might interfere with my existing account, but I can no longer sign in. everytime I open photoshop this box comes up with the free trial. I can find a clear answer in Adobe toubleshooting and cant find a contact (person) to speak to. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

You need to sign out and then sign in with the same login that you purchased your license with. See this help page:

or contact Adobe Customer Care: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent" to get a human.

If a scammer pms you, click the Report button and do not reply.
