Can someone please give me STEP BY STEP instructions on how to fix the PS 2020 crashing issue??

This is unacceptable. I have been researching for 3 days on how to fix this issue. I cant get any work done because the new 2020 update has given me a Photoshop that crashes every 4-5 minutes. Seems many are having the same problem. Can you please share if anything worked for you?
