Question

Can't access images saved to the cloud from another PC or tablet

I have an IMac and I run Monteray.  When I save a file I have the option of saving to the Creative Cloud. When I use the Save to Cloud option the file is saved correctly and I can access the image from the same PC.  I also have a  MacBook Pro which has Photoshop on it. This MacBook also runs Monteray.  When I try and open the file from Photoshop I cannot see the file that I saved from the IMac. Nor when I use the Creative Cloud App on the MacBook can I find the file.

If I edit an image on the MacBook and save it to the Creative Cloud I can only access it from the MacBook.  The file is not displayed on the IMac when I try an open it from Ctreative Cloud.

From a tablet (Ipad) I can't access any image from Photoshop created from either the IMac or MacBook

Both the Imac and the MacBook use Photoshop version 23.4.2

Both the IMac and MacBook are Monteray 12.4

Creative Cloud - same account id

Any ideas of why I am having this problem.

Are you 100% sure you are logged in to both computers with the exact same Adobe ID?

Does logging out and logging back in help at all?

Hi Michael,

When I check my account both have the same e-mail address and name. However, under preferences/General, my MacBook says 435.4GB used of 1TB whilst on my iMac it says 457.4GB used of 1TB. The same e-mail address is used when authenticating. I also tried logging out and logging in to no avail

Have you tried contacting Adobe technical support directly?

Are you saving as a cloud document or saving to a Creative Cloud library/folder?

The prompt I get is for Creative Cloud - see below
