can't add brushes to cc library

Hi has anyone ever had trouble adding brushes to a CC library in photoshop? It doesn't matter which brush I drag into my library it won't show up in my library no matter what I do.

    @Doug30170998jc07 its a bug with CC Libraries and PS - use the + sign at the buttom to add an element.
