Can't click

Hello, just bought the photography package (win10). The Ps doesnt let me click on anything (tools, layers etc..) i can only open an image and look at it. 

The lightroom 'open layers in photoshop' is not working as well, it says Ps cannot be launched (eventhough the app is open).

I cant close the Ps app, i have ctrl+alt+dlt everytime. 

I have uninstall/installed it 7 times, and wasted 2 days on this software.. the apps are updated (2022)
