Can't delete Duplicates of Custom Shape Folders.

I was searching for the tradional shaes that came with PS for years.

1. I only have LEAF TREES, WILD ANIMALS, BOATS, FLOWERS folder.

I hit Restore Default Shapes setting but it duplicates those folders and I can't delete them. Now I have the same folders duplicated and I can't get rid of them.

2. What happened to the other shapes?

3. How do I remove duplicate folders?

4. How do you retors all PS settings if nothing else works?
