Can't export jpg or gif i Photoshop

Since udating to Catalina Photshop I can't Export jpg or gif (or any other format) through "save for web" in Photoshop. I just get - Unable to perform operation. An unknown error has occurred. As a graphic designer this is a HUGE problem and I have tried everything. Before updating to Catalina there was never any problem. I can't get in touch wiht Adobe support in any way - if anyone knows please tell me how. I really need to be able to export especially gif-animations. It is kind of panic... Thank you in advance!
