Can't find brush tip angle control

HI, i am trying to find the Brush tip angle control to flip it horizontal or vertical. Using PS2022. its not showing up in the Brush settings panel and i can't for the life of me find out how to show it. if anyone can help please i would be appreciaed.

You seem to be showing »Transfer« instead of »Shape Dynamics«.
