Can't get openGL to keep working

Hi so recently I bought a hp pavilion power to work when I'm not at home. I installed cc 2018 on it yesterday and when I was working on my Cyntiq 13hd I noticed that the rotate didnt work. It kept giving me this message: Could not complete because it only works with OpenGL enabled. I checked and it was enabled. I tried older version of photoshop like cc 2015 and the rotate worked but it gave me other problems like there wasnt a actual paper showing. I tried cc 2017 and although there was a paper I also wasn't able to use the rotate.

After searching this forum I found that changing the graphics processor might work when you have 2 of them ( intel and nvidia).

So I did and bam! it Works! Today I've been working on a drawing and everthing is fine and now out of nowehere eventhough I havent changed any setting at all I'm getting the same message again when trying to rotate the drawing.

So what the hell am I doing wrong?

microprocessor: i5 7300hq cpu@2.50ghz

mem,: 8gb kingston 2400mhz

graphics device 1 nvidia gtx 1050

graphics device 2 intel(R) HD Graphics 630
