Can't import brushes in Photoshop 2021

Question

Mac user.When I go to the Brushes pallet and go to Import the folder is empty.I have been hearing that PSD 21 no longer supports .abr files.Is this the case?Is there a work around?Have I lost the use of all my brushes?Double clicking on the .abr only wants to open them in Affinity Publisher for some reason.

When you double-click a file in Finder or Windows File Explorer, your computer looks at the extension and opens the application associated with the extension.
