Can't Install Photoshop and Lightroom on Second Computer

I can't install PS or LR on my laptop now. I understand I can have it installed on 2 computers but can only use it on one at a time. But now I get a message that my trial has expired and I need to purchase a license. It's only installed on 1 computer! 

Up until about 2-3 months ago I had no issues. Please help because I need to access both programs when I travel.
