Can't manually type the Font Lead with numbers keys on keyboard

I have a wireless keyboard and also tried a wired one and under Photoshop 2018 I can't type the Font Lead manually anymore. I can type Font Size, Kerning or Tracking but can't do the lead, either with the 10-key or the number top row.

I tried the work-around and I'm having the same problem on both my home and work computers. (One is a Windows 7 Pro and the other is Windows 10 Pro.) I've noticed that the Properties panel and the Character/Paragraph panels REFUSE to match:

As you can see, the leading in the Character panel is 15, and then in the Properties panel it's 15.73. It's just some basic paragraph text that has not been transformed, warped, or manipulated yet. (I started fresh for the screen clip to make sure my complaint was repeatable.)

    Hi

I can't replicate that here on CC2018 with Windows 10. With no transformation I can type in either box and the values match. After a transformation though the values differ.

    The workaround is :

    a. Enter the leading value in the Properties panel.

    b. When you hit enter the value in the properties panel box will change to something different (that is a bug) but will now show correctly in the Character panel

    c. The value applied to the text will be the same as you entered and now shown in the character panel

So the values shown will not match but the correct value will be applied.

Note : The workaround does not work backwards - you must enter in the properties box.

    Hi

    What happens when you do?

Is it the same issue as in this thread? In which case there is a workaround until it is fixed.

The workaround does work. When I try it in the Character Panel, it doesn't allow to overwrite what's in there already. The cursor automatically jumps to the end of the line and then changes the number to a random number.

The workaround only works in one direction. Type into the Properties panel - hit enter and the correct value appears in the Character panel. Hopefully Adobe will get it fixed quickly.
