Can't Open File Because of Program Error

Hi, 

 

I've recently started to get error whenever I open a file, and the only way to fix this issue to uninstall and then reinstall photoshop. This has only started happening this past week, is anyone else experiencing this?

    Just as an extra note, it will happen once you close and then reopen the program, so I have to uninstall and reinstall it every time I use it.
