can't open my files

Hi!

For some reason Photoshop can't recognize the CR2 files anymore.. They won't open.. Any suggestions?

Hi, just went through Adobe helpline, if you can re install the latest version of Camera Raw through the website, https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-in-installer.html

This should help. The helpline did it for me and it was back up a few minutes later. Hope this helps!

I have the same issue, and the (Open in Camera Raw) has disappeared from Bridge.
