como resolvo o erro "Não foi possível concluir sua solicitação porque o Photoshop não conseguiu se comunicar com a Creative Cloud Desktop?" ?

Thanks for reaching out. Which version of Photoshop and Windows are you using? Have you tried reinstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop application? If not done yet, please do. Check the steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
