can't open photoshop with sierra update
since i updated to sierra update i can't open photo shop

The only version of Photoshop fully supported by Adobe on Sierra (Mac 10.12) is CC 2017.
That said, Adobe has posted this page to help, with the disclaimer that it may or may not run as expected.
