Can't open RAW

Hi. I can't open raw CR2 files in Photoshop or in Bridge. Where am I wrong? Thanks!

MacMini 2018, Catalina (10.15.4)

CC 2020, Camera Raw updated (12.2.1)

Fixed. If I download a CR2 file with Apple Photo or Image Capture, it doesn't open. With Canon Utility (tough not the version for Catalina, not yet available) it opens perfectly. Thank you very much Lumigraphics and nikunji.m

We're sorry about the trouble while trying to open the CR2 files. Are you getting any error when trying to open the files? If yes, please attach a screenshot with the original post. Have you tried to re-install the applications to check if it helps?

Please try uninstalling Camera Raw using the Creative Cloud cleaner tool. Please check: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Then try re-installing Camera Raw using the link: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-in-installer.html

You can also try the DNG Converter and/or Canon Digital Photo Professional to see if the files are corrupted. Sometimes this will make them not open properly.
